  This card was sponsored by Eric Tessler, of La Habra, California. It was unveiled at the Kong Off II event.

  This card was intended to be issued as a standard card of 1,000 copies. However, only 100 copies were printed as a proof of concept because the card had not yet been approved though it was needed for presentation at an event. The card was eventually approved but no further copies were ever produced. Years later it was decided to leave the print run at 100 cards and consider it a limited edition card -- this is why it is categoriezed as a RARE CARD.
